Other Florida Sales Tax Information

Filing Requirements: You may file and pay tax online or you may complete Form DR-15 and pay tax by check or money order. In some situations you may be able to file a Form DR-15EZ. Any taxpayer who has paid the tax or fee in the prior state fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) in an amount of $20,000 or more must file and pay by electronic means.

What Will You Need: Once you are registered, the Department will send you a Certificate of Registration (Form DR-11), an Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (Form DR-13) and tax return forms. The Department encourages all taxpayers to enroll for e-Services. Although enrollment is not required to file and pay certain taxes, enrolled taxpayers can take advantage of additional features: you can save your bank account and contact information, view your filing history, and reprint returns. You can also view bills that are posted to your account. When you enroll, you will receive a user ID and password. You will need the same information whether you file online or via paper. Refer to the Instructions for Form DR-15 for these requirements.
